Insulated Doors for a Cold Storage Expansion

Customer Challenge

A cold storage operator expanded its freezer block and needed 16 dock doors holding -25 C with minimal refrigeration load.

Our Solution

We installed 100 mm insulated sectional doors with heated frames, thermal break tracks and rapid-cycle motors.

Results

Refrigeration load added by the new docks came in below the operator projection, and door frost problems were eliminated.
